Nest - Using natural materials and fibres, activate your creative energy by learning to craft your own unique woven nest. Materials and guidance for this art activity are provided. You are also welcomed and encouraged to bring any materials you may like to include such as threads, fabrics or beads.

Nourish - Enjoy an organic shared lunch and wholesome snacks, with an opportunity to learn about and appreciate the healing properties of the foods and connect with them more mindfully.

Nidra - You will finish the experience with a guided yin and yoga nidra practice inviting you to enter a deep state of conscious relaxation and meditation.

In this one day retreat we will explore how to practice mindfulness : with the body in movement, with stillness of the mind and with repetition of activity (like weaving) .
